We want you to love your purchase, so if anything is not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. For international orders, we recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service to return the item(s). Upon receipt of the item(s), we will refund the order value to the original purchasing card.


For an exchange simply follow the above process but send an email and specify which items you would like to have in exchange and we will either refund you the difference in value or contact you to take any extra monies. We will also need to arrange where to post your new order, so please state your delivery address in the notes.

Please Note

  • For hygiene reasons are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings or any other pierced jewellery.

  • Items must be returned unworn in their original condition and original packaging.

  • We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.

  • Magnetic Deluxe does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

  • Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Magnetic Deluxe.

  • Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.

  • Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.

  • Magnetic Deluxe does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.

  • For delivery outside of the UK, the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information.
